Things were just starting to bloom a little bit. We had a few things here or there that were starting, but now so much has happened. There are so many new places here. The apartments are available now. The commercial spots are starting to take shape. So many things I want to talk about over the past year. Let’s take a look.
An absolute must-have when you come to Iron Works is going to be Andia’s gourmet ice cream. Absolutely some of the best ice cream in town. And at the upcoming Brodetto, we’ve got handcrafted drinks, we’ve got Italian and Croatian food. It’s going to be a little bit upscale, but well worth it. And super excited for Durham’s award-winning Ponysaurus Brewing to come here to Iron Works. Great craft beer. So excited for this to come aboard. I think in the next couple of months, you’re going to see this open.
And my go-to spot for lunch and sandwiches is always going to be East Cut Subs. And Urban Pothos for all your plant needs. And have you ever had the interest in making your own candles? Well, September Candle Studio is the place for you.
