At Carolina’s Choice Real Estate we have the expertise and experience to handle whatever situation comes our way. We also know selling your house shouldn’t cost you a fortune. That’s why we have two money saving options.

If you’re looking for a low-cost option to sell your house, we offer a For Sale by Owner package. We list your home on MLS (which feeds into hundreds of public real estates sites), take photos, coordinate showings and provide signage and lockbox. Your home will receive the exact same marketing and exposure a traditional 6% Realtor would offer. You handle negotiations and closing.

With our Full Representation Package you receive all the benefits of our For Sale by Owner Package, but we handle all negotiations, paperwork and represent your best interests through to closing. You can count on constant communication from us throughout the entire process.

If you choose our FSBO option and then feel you want more help, you can upgrade to our Full Representation Package, and simply pay the difference at the time of upgrade & closing.

If you’re feeling in the least way concerned and decide you want us to handle the negotiations and fine print to avoid any difficult decisions, we’ll represent you from a no nonsense, non-emotional approach.
