In a typical year, we average 15 to 25 listings at any given time. As of the recording of this, we have just one. The same situation holds for any active agent in the Triangle.
All of our recent listings sold in a matter of hours, in most cases due to high demand and low supply. We’ve never seen anything like this, and most likely, we never will again. Most of our listings are also receiving multiple offers and contracts as high as $70,000 over asking price. Obviously I can’t guarantee results, but this is what’s happening regularly in this market.

I highly doubt this situation will last much longer. Many sellers are hesitant to sell in this ongoing pandemic, and I understand completely, but my team and I have had no COVID-related issues during any of our home sales in the last 12 months.
